This post has nothing to do with hypnotherapy but a lot to do with wellness.  Tick-born illnesses have been on the rise in many parts of the country this year.  If you have ever had a tick inbed itself in your skin, you know how difficult it can be to remove especially in hard to reach places like in the middle of a head full of dark hair or between the toes.

Yesterday, while my husband was at the doctor, she told him about a method of tick removal that was working well in their office.  She said to just apply a glob of liquid soap to a cotton ball.  Then cover the tick with the soap-soaked cotton ball and swab it for 15 -20 seconds.  The tick will come out on its own and be stuck to the cotton ball when you lift it away.  I haven't tried this myself but feel like it would certainly be worth trying.
